Dustin Sippola

Dustin grew up west of Nanton AB, on his family's ranch. He started riding with Sid Cook when he was 6 and started his first horse with him at age 11. Dustin feels very fortunate to have met Sid, whom gave him a good solid foundation with horses and other aspects of life.⁣

After high school Dustin headed out west to work on the Gang Ranch. There he met his wife Carmen and they had their 2 kids Grace and Hunter. And worked his way to being Cowboss. Since then he has worked on ranches from BC to Saskatchewan, while maintaining his colt riding business.⁣

Currently, Dustin and his family are living/working on their own place SW of Cardston, AB. Where they run a few cows, raise and train their own horses while operating their colt riding business.⁣

Dustin's favorite part about working with horses is watching and feeling the changes that take place within the horse. It is always interesting seeing how little or how much it takes to get a change. Dustin's thankful for all the good Horsemen and Stockmen that he has worked for and had the opportunity to be around. If it wasn't for them he wouldn't be where he is today.⁣

The HOTH crew is very excited to have Dustin along for this years event. We look forward to showcasing and sharing his talents with you all.
